Head of ICAAP (m/f/d) for one of the world’s leading wealth and asset managers, location Frankfurt am Main

 

Aufgaben:

  • Lead and maintain the Bank’s ICAAP, pillar 3 and recovery planning annual review cycles, prepare relevant documentation and present the results for approval by the Bank’s governance
  • Maintain and run the Bank’s stress testing programme for ICAAP and recovery planning purposes
  • Lead the risk identification and materiality assessment for the needs of ICAAP
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring, reporting and escalation of new material risks to ensure capital adequacy at all times
  • Develop the ICAAP framework as a continuous management steering tool
  • Provide the Bank’s governing bodies with quarterly reporting on ICAAP, including stress test results for relevant risk exposures
  • Represent the Bank’s main point of contact with resolution authorities and coordinate the preparation of resolution reporting to such authorities
  • Contribute, as required, to risk analysis when launching new products/services from an ICAAP/recovery planning/resolution perspective
  • Perform regulatory watches and stay abreast of market best practices concerning the areas under your direct responsibility

 

Qualifikationen: 

  • University degree in finance or science (engineering, mathematics, etc.) or qualification deemed equivalent, CFA, FRM or equivalent post-grad
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar role, setting up and managing complex risk frameworks within an investment led firm or department.
  • Excellent knowledge of banking regulation, with particular focus on prudential and recovery and resolution topics
  • Fluent in German and English, French would be a plus
